Cloverpaw couldn't find Minnowfur.
Smokeclaw ran back to camp.

Fernheart couldn't smell Minnowfur anywhere.

"Sandfeather," Smokeclaw panted, he had darted back to camp. "A cat in RiverClan is having kits and they can't find Minnowfur."
Sandfeather nodded and got herbs, which she handed to Smokeclaw. "Take those and follow me," she said, through the herbs she had.

Sandfeather crossed the stepping stones followed by Smokeclaw. They ran into Fernheart and Sandfeather said, "Take me to your camp."

Sandfeather followed the young warrior as she ran the wind ruffled her ginger fur.
Smokeclaw was able to run atthe same pace as Ferneart.

Fernheart looked over at Smokeclaw and smiled. They skidded into camp. "She's in there," she said, pointing towards the nursery with her tail.

"Smokeclaw comde with me," Sandfeather said. She walked in to see Lightwing having her first kit. "Just breathe. Eat this it will help the pain."
The first kit was dark gray. "Smokeclaw lick him."

Miinowfur who had been looking for catnip cause of her cough came racing in.

Sandfeather dipped her head as Minnowfur came in. "This warrior fetched me," she explained. "I will leave once all of the kits are born."
Lightwing had her third kit and Sandfeather began to lick it.
Finally Lightwing had her last kit.

"Her kits are coming. We couldn't find you so I got Sandfeather. Oops! Forgot Cloverpaw!" Fernheart gasped. "Minnowfur, since you're here, can Smokeclaw help me find her?" she asked.
