Leopardshadow growled "you wanna bet your no match for me?" she said standing on her paws to her ful hight "your too close to the ground, i could outjump you in a heartbeat" she said to Cherryheart

"I'm used to being small," she said. "I can easy slide under you and scratch your belly. I've been small my entire life I've learned to adjust."

Leopardshadow flattened her ears and settled down "sorry" she mumbled

Cherryheart held back her need to retort. "Sandfeather has asked that someone gets more catnip and that a hunting patrol goes out. I went to find warriors to go hunting, barely anyone was in camp."

Leopardshadow's ears pricked up "hunting, can i come?" she ased, suddenly excited

Cherryheart nodded and lead the way.

Leopardshadow fell in behind, she listened for any sing of rustling that would give away her prey's wherabouts

Cherryheart sniffed the air and smelled a squirrel. She slipped intot he hunter's crouch and crept after it.

Leopardshadow heard the rustling of leaves and she slowly prowled through the undergrowth towards the scent of rabbit, she saw the flash of white on the other side of a bush and she readied herself to jump, she flexed her legs and found herself sailing over the brush and onto the rabbit. she killed it and buried it to get it later

Cherryheart saw the squrrel and looked it over in disappointmet. It was so scrawny. She pounced on it and brought it down easily.

Leopardshadow spotted a vole and she crept as close as she could then pounced, she brought it next to where she burried the rabbit and put it next to it in the dirt

Cherryheart sniffed the air after she burried the squirrel. Leaf-bare was horrible. There was barely any prey and they prey they did manage to catch was weak and not suitable to fee a full0grown warrior.

Leopardshadow looked around for more prey, she couldn't find anything so she got the two peices of fresh-kill and went back to where they had separated

Cherryheart smelled Leopardshadow and walked over to her with the squirrel dangling from her jaws.
